Sustainability Vision of Toray Group: Focus on sustainable managment of resources
Nowadays, sustainability is an important stake. Resources are not inexhaustible, and it is important to protect them.
At TORAY, we’re dedicated to creating a world where resources are managed sustainably. In fact, products do not have only one life, and therefore we use used materials to produce new products, like, for example, with post-consumer wastes from bottles for our PCR PET film. After this, PET production materials are used to produce new products, like fibers, resins or films. We are here in a circular economy.
Moreover, our goal is to reduce waste in all our plants. It is important to preserve planet for the future generation and by working together, we can all make a difference.
