Trying to achieve company’s sustainable goals without modifying the production process? We got your back. We just qualified our first 6µm metallised grade, as a part of our board lamination range.
Our PET metallised films are the thinnest gauges currently marketed, far below the 12 µm market standard. Reducing by half the plastic ratio of the final packaging allows you to comply with operative requirements in some EU countries as the reach of 95% of fiber.
Even after downgauging, the film features remain as performing as usually.
At the consumer scale, cardboard and plastic-made packaging are collected and then sorted in the European cardboard stream. This way, the fibers are REUSED to produce recycled content, either integrated in recycled paper or cardboard.
For industrial companies, PET-laminated cardboard doesn’t generate Ordinary Industrial Waste (OIW). On the other hand, release liners required in hot stamping, cold foil or even metal transfer are non-recyclable and costly to deal with.
From virgin PET resin to bi-oriented film, our manufacturing process is 100% french made.
Trusting us as French market players is an efficient way to support local economy and businesses. The other main benefit is to curb the environmental impact thanks to optimized and controlled life cycle analysis and footprint emissions.
The bravest of you might be interested in our very thin metallised grades, also available in 4,5µm.
